Introducing our new special ensaimada, created in collaboration with renowned chef Miquel Calent and Quesos Quintana! This gastronomic delight was presented in an exciting showcooking during the Fira Arrels, where we combined the tradition of our ensaimada with the authentic flavour of Mahón cheese and candied pears.

An ensaimada made for sweet lovers: filled with creamy dulce de leche and topped with white chocolate and cocoa.
