New Easter special! Inspired by the classic Sacher cake and adapted to Menorcan tradition, this new creation combines the best of two worlds: the fluffy texture of our handmade dough with the rich flavor of chocolate.

This Easter, we’re introducing our Sacher Ensaimada: cocoa-based dough filled with chocolate and apricot jam, topped with a light glaze and chocolate coating.
A treat designed for those who enjoy chocolate without it being overly sweet, offering a smooth contrast between the cocoa and the fruit.
As always, it’s handcrafted in our bakery in Menorca. Available for a limited time only during Easter.
Ingredients:
- Cocoa ensaimada dough: wheat flour, sugar, pure cocoa powder, free-range eggs, pork lard, water, yeast, sourdough starter, and a pinch of salt.
- Filling: chocolate, apricot jam.
- Topping: sugar glaze and chocolate coating.
