Menorcan Ensaimadas

Introducing our new special ensaimada, created in collaboration with renowned chef Miquel Calent and Quesos Quintana! This gastronomic delight was presented in an exciting showcooking during the Fira Arrels, where we combined the tradition of our ensaimada with the authentic flavour of Mahón cheese and candied pears.

Nutella ensaimada. Ensaimada filled with a delicious Nutella cream, covered with dark chocolate, white chocolate and toasted hazelnut pieces.
