Valentine’s Day Ensaimada

LIMITED EDITION! Our special Valentine’s Day ensaimada is a limited edition designed to celebrate love with a handcrafted product made with love.

It’s filled with strawberry jam, added after baking, and covered with a delicate white chocolate coating. It’s finished with dried blueberries and candied strawberry pieces, which add a fresh and slightly tart touch.

A soft ensaimada on the inside, crisp on the outside, and perfectly balanced in flavor.

To fully enjoy your ensaimada, we recommend preparing it following these simple steps:

Remove the packaging and let it rest for a few minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F), turn it off, and place the ensaimada inside for a maximum of 5 minutes (we want it to warm through, not overcook).
Use a sieve to dust the top with powdered sugar.

Ensaimada Ingredients:

Wheat flour, lard (with stabilizer: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and antioxidants: BHA and BHT), sugar, egg, yeast, anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate, emulsifier: E472e, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid, preservative: calcium propionate, and salt.

Filling and Topping Ingredients:

Strawberry jam, dried blueberries, candied strawberry pieces, and white chocolate coating.
