This pack contains traditional ensaimadas, the ones that never fail, lovingly made in our Menorca bakery. It includes three essential varieties: the classic unfilled ensaimadas, the soft and sweet angel hair ensaimadas, and the irresistible toasted cream with its characteristic caramelized touch. Perfect for sharing after dinner, giving as a gift to someone special, or simply treating yourself.
All our ensaimadas are made with wheat flour, sugar, water, free-range eggs, lard, and a pinch of yeast, in addition to our artisanal sourdough starter. We follow our ancestors’ 100% artisanal recipe, without any preservatives or additives.
To fully enjoy your ensaimada, we recommend preparing it following these simple steps:
- Remove the packaging and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F), turn it off, and bake the ensaimada for a maximum of 5 minutes (we want it to be hot, not overcooked).
- Use a sieve to sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
