Introducing our new special ensaimada, filled with a smooth and creamy mixture of hazelnuts and Kinder Bueno chocolate, and decorated with irresistible pieces of Kinder Bueno, chocolate and white chocolate. And who doesn’t like Kinder Bueno? It will be one of your favorites!
This new special ensaimada follows the same procedure as the rest of our traditional ensaimadas. All our ensaimadas are made from wheat flour, sugar, water, free-range eggs, lard and a pinch of yeast and our artisanal sourdough, following the recipe of our ancestors, 100% artisanal, without any type of preservatives or additives.
In addition to our special ensaimadas, at Sa Sucreria, you can also find traditional ensaimadas, if you haven’t tried them yet, we invite you to do so!
If you want to enjoy your ensaimada to the fullest, we recommend that you prepare it following these simple steps:
- Remove the container and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180º, turn off the oven and put the ensaimada in for a maximum of 5 minutes (we want it to get hot, not overcooked).
- Use a strainer to sprinkle the powdered sugar on top.
Ensaimada ingredients:
Wheat flour, lard (with stabilizer: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and antioxidants: BHA and BHT), sugar, egg, yeast, anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate, emulsifier: E472e, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid , preservative: calcium propionate and salt.
KINDER CREAM FILLING: vegetable oils (sunflower and palm), sugar, hazelnuts, skimmed milk powder, lactose, emulsifier: soy lecithin and aromas.
May contain traces of nuts.
Garnished with: pieces of Kinder Bueno, chocolate and white chocolate.
