This pack contains traditional ensaimadas, the ones that never fail, lovingly made in our Menorca bakery. It includes three essential varieties: the classic one without filling, the soft and sweet angel hair one, and the irresistible toasted cream with its characteristic caramelized touch. Perfect to share at a table, give to someone special or simply treat yourself.

All our ensaimadas are made from wheat flour, sugar, water, free-range eggs, lard and a pinch of yeast, as well as our artisan sourdough. We follow the recipe of our ancestors, 100% artisanal, without any preservatives or additives.

To get the most out of your ensaimada, we recommend that you prepare it by following these simple steps:

1. Remove the packaging and let it rest for a few minutes
2. Preheat the oven to 180º, turn off the oven and put the ensaimada in for no more than 5 minutes (we want it to warm up, not overcook)
3. Use a strainer to sprinkle the icing sugar on top.
